TELEVISION
Since his debut on TLC's Trading Spaces (early 2000), Ty has been a constant on American television for 24 years. His popularity exploded when he hosted the ABC reality series Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, winning him two Primetime Emmy Awards. A show that transformed the lives of thousands, and inspired millions more around the world. Following that, Pennington focused on numerous other projects, including host of ABC's talk show The Revolution, TNT's On the Menu opposite Emeril Lagasse, The Food Network's American Diner Revival, and several seasons of Small Business Revolution, which is available for streaming on Hulu and Prime. Today you’ll find him starring in several different HGTV shows including fan favorite, Battle on the Beach, and as host of the network’s highest rated mega series, Rock the Block.
