What an amazing young girl!!  She's done more in her young life than most of us do in a lifetime!!  She is surely an angel sent by God to brighten up this world.

This is awesome.  What a wonderful girl.  I am impressed by the fact she is not sitting around feeling sorry for herself but instead going out there to make a difference for other families of children who suffer with serious illnesses.  She is an inspiration to all those who are in her life.   I wish more people could see the difference one child can make and then get inspired themselves to go out and pay it forward.   

I know here in the United States we have places similar to this called Ronald Mc Donald House.   Take it from me, they are a blessing.   When my daughter was ill when she was a baby we staid in the one right by the hospital she was in and they were the most amazing people.  The best part was having support from other parents who knew what we were going through.

Thanks to share this update. It is always incredible to see how just a little and sweet woman can do the difference in others lifes.. Children or teens are so full of energy,  ideas and unaffected to create wonderful things, and, in spite of all the troubles, they get straight to the point. We, grown-ups, can learn more.

Thanks Ty for posting the commemorative video and the update on Jeneece Place.  I want to thank eveyone for their kind words for Jeneece and "Wall Words".  The house is just amazing with Jeneece's saying in the dining room and all the inspiring words throughout the house.  Its been an honor working with the community on this wonderful project.

I have been blessed to have been the Interior Designer on this amazing project. Working closely with Jeneece and her family,to make sure that Jeneece's vision was felt through out the house. Jeneece is my youngest client todate,amazing young lady, incredible family. This project was all about community support ,giving back and paying it forward. I am so proud of Vancouver Island!. @Joanne, AMEN! I so agree with you. There is one community in MI, USA that could use this spirit.  It has been said " It takes a village to raise a child", sometimes it takes a child to raise a community. Janeese your giving heart is a breath of fresh air and you obviously have a great community that has wrapped it's arms around you. I can say what was done will be a blessing beyond words. Silhouette Glass, we here @SilhouetteGlass were so happy to have Jeneece accept our invitation to work in studio with us to design an art piece which reflected her journey in an artistic way. After being in the art buisiness for 24 years...and following along with Jeneece since her first years penny drive...and seeing what she has done, we were so inspired by our home town penny girl. The Big Penny project that we designed with Jeneece was so much fun to work on...she was energitic and enthuastic towards the project. the Big Penny ( a large piggy bank) is on the main floor of Jeneece Place. We have a very amateur video of the making of the Big Penny with Jeneece doing many aspects of it right down to the installation, at our Utube channel TheSilhouetteGlass Hope you have some time to check it out. We look forward to Jeneeces next project...whatever that will be. Thanks Ty, you and Jeneece have a parallel goal of helping others.
