Hey Ty I just read the show was being canceled I am so sorry. I was shocked when I read this.
Definately, the worst day of my life! You know why?! Because ever since I saw that show I started to think of meeting you guys, maybe working for you! And I saw that people with special needs could be listened! And, believe me, with a sister like mine (that has autism) it was just the impulse and inspiration I needed. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THESE DREAMS!!
I am heart broken to hear they have cancelled future seasons of EMHE. I am working on my travel plans right now from Oregon to Texas for the last EMHE build this season so....I'll see you in Art World in January.
SO sad to see this show end. My FAVORITE show on television. Have had an appl filled out for 2 years- and never have the time to video due to medical needs of my kiddos... ah well, SO happy for the 200 families whose dreams have been supported. THANK YOU for helping make lives easier for the 100s you have touched.
Ty and all! just want to say I have loved EHME for the start! Most of the time I was shedding tears in at least part of the episode! Thank you for all that all of you have done making life better for those in need! The show will definitly be missed! Best wishes to all in the future!
I'm shocked in France the emission market earlier though I hope we will have the right season 9 I hope that you will indeed continue to help people
We Viasat 3 in Hungary - I used to watch on the show, I wrote an article about it in the enclosed link:

I always mourned, because I know what it means to lose a home.
Never give up, that we can help people.
I was in total shock when I read that the show would be ending on Facebook! WOW....what a great loss for ABC, families that you guys have helped over the years and to those of us who watch it every week!
I had the honor of being a volunteer a couple of years ago for the Coach Williams build in Georgia. What an amazing experience. I wear my shirt a lot and always get asked about it! LOVE LOVE LOVE the show, the team and the impact it has had on my life!
This is incredibly sad news to me. Many years ago EMHE was what caused me to become involved in Habitat when I realized that a new home, and a little caring could so quickly change lives. I am SO happy that I was able to be part of the Fayetteville build, as it was a dream of mine since the series premiere. In Fayetteville I saw the power of this show... thousands of strangers coming together as fast friends building together... from the cast to the crew, builder, volunteers, all the way down to the private citizens dropping off food and drinks to keep us going. The positive energy was infectious and kept us going even in temps over 100. The show promoted the idea that everyone can help change the world. There is nothing else on tv that helped to facilitate this change on such a grand scale and gave us a forum to start that change. Thanks to everyone on the show for being Positive Role models in the media and for showing the good work of so many :-)
I´m really sad, I love everything about EMHE; it´s the perfect tv show to century 21: to make the difference, to change lives, helping people restart their lives, giving exemple about faith, hope, love, charity. I wish the best for you Ty and team!
I shed tears while watching HMHE and I shed tears on hearing this horrible news ABC does not have the heart to produce reality TV shit he is strong but helped people less
Bless you and the crew and all the angels who did so much good not only for the families and communities but also to inspire and uplift the millions watching. Truly the ripple effect of this lives in the hearts and souls of so many people. Wish you all the best as you continue to share your creative energy and endeavors with the world. Bless you.
Iam over here crying because ther are so many people that need help and to end a program that helped so many I just don't know what to say,The best of luck to TY ,ABC,and the EMHE Team.
Ty, PLEASE, who do we contact to protest this decision? (Idiot decision)You have tooo much good in these bad times to cancel!
I have a Downs Syndrome daughter, she lived for Sunday night and EMHE. So did I. It was better on Friday, taht we did not have to get and go to work the next day.
