Easy How-To Videos on Home Electrical Improvements

Ilike this, but I don´t have courage to change it myself lol. I would kill myself probably lmao.

Bless you and thank you! That is good to know about the website. I graduated with a degree in electrical engineering and never learned a thing about practical wiring!  I had to read the directions the first time I put in a dimmer switch. Thank God for the internet!! I'm saving this link.

The only things I know about electricity are: power off when you touch wires, avoid the contact of the wires each other.
Tester is a thing I never thought before.. I know how to change a switch for a table lamp..just this, because I can see and copy from the switch to replace. My brother-in-law is an electrician, it's better than to be struck by 220 Volts. iPad2, I imagine it is only for US resident, so I don't try to click the link smiley-undecided.gif

my hubby is an ET , we just need a bigger home

I would be afraid to try anything with electic on my own.  Especially since the place is older I would be afraid things would have to rewired and all that.   This is something I will leave to a professional and stick to what I can do safely.
